The vineyard

Today, the château Saint-Aubin has 21 hectares that feature the six grape varieties from Bordeaux. It produces a wine that is all about balance. Every type of grapes brings his specific note:  for the Cabernets, the elegance and strength of the Sauvignon, the peppery side of the Franc and the spices of the Carmenère ; for the Merlots, the roundness of Merlot, and the softness and richness of  Malbec ; Last but not least, the Petit Verdot brings freshness and fruit. This blend makes our wine a reflected, accomplished, that mixes successfully tradition and modernity, a wine that can be aged, but that you might like to enjoy in his young years.
