The history of Château Saint Aubin is rooted in the 17th century, and developed to our times while keeping his familial personality and a Cru Bourgeois rank at each rating. The property extends on more than 22 hectares of sand/gravel soils, where a unique blend of vines grows, that gathers all of the Médoc grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carménère, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot.
From this "terroir" propitious to a great grape maturity, and from this unique variety, we get a silky and souple wine, all about balance and complexity. It can be enjoyed in his young years, showing his fruity side, or laid down five to ten years.
